A PROMISE WITH ROOM TO BREATHE

Your 30-day
money-back guarantee.

Try the Get Yourself Back workbook at your own pace. If it isn’t right for you, you can change your mind.

How it works

Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, even after downloading the workbook. No completed exercises or proof of progress is required. We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 days; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show them. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

The guarantee applies to the full price you paid for this digital workbook, including tax charged by us. Contact us within 30 calendar days of the payment date using the form below or by emailing iimproveme@gmail.com. Include your purchase email and order reference if you have it. A request received within the period qualifies even if we process it later. This applies worldwide.

After a refund

We revoke private download links once a full refund is confirmed. Please delete your saved copy and stop using or distributing it. We do not require completed worksheets, private relationship details, or proof of progress to approve the guarantee.

Your legal rights stay yours

This voluntary promise is additional to your statutory rights. We do not ask you to waive applicable withdrawal rights to receive the PDF immediately. Where the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies, you may use the form below or send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Rights concerning defective, missing or misdescribed digital content continue beyond this guarantee where the law provides them.
